We are offering 3 sessions throughout the summer for 3 different age groups. Each group will have a slighter different focus but all of them will be on having fun! The two younger groups (rising 4/5 grade & rising 6-8 grades) will be outside ``playing``. The older crew will be inside learning safe lifting techniques, working on agility and generally getting/staying fit. This will translate to sport specific movements, including power and strength.
